IPA’s Access to Play in Crisis (APC) training project and toolkit support people and agencies working in crisis situations so that they are better able to understand and support children’s everyday play. The project defines situations of crisis as humanitarian, natural, and man-made disasters. The toolkit supports children’s everyday, community-based play opportunities.
The APC Toolkit is easy to print and photocopy so that it can be used to support activities in the field and for training and development. It provides:
- clear and concise information to individuals and organisations
- practical, step-by-step tools and templates
There are two APC Toolkit formats available for free download :
- APC Toolkit large version (one page per page – total 80 pages)
- APC Toolkit reduced version (two pages per page – total 41 pages)
