Expressions of interest are invited from branches, organisations or groups who wish to be considered to organise and host the 19th IPA Triennial World Conference in 2014.

A letter indicating an expression of interest should be submitted to the IPA Secretary by 1st May 2010. Groups or organisations representing the proposed host country or city should also enclose a written agreement in support of the bid from the national representative to the IPA Council.

Information packs containing: conference guidelines; statement of intent form; application guidelines and the application form will be circulated in May 2010. A statement of intention to bid to be the conference host should be lodged with the Secretary by 31st July 2010.

Full applications and any supporting materials must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than 12 noon on Friday 26th February 2011.

The conference will focus on playgrounds with staff, on the role of adults – how and when they are important. The conference will be conducted in English.
